Subscription 2011/12
Subscriptions must be paid on or before 1st March 2011 unless another arrangement has been made with the Club office. Members with subscriptions unpaid at that date lose all rights and privileges.
Automatic Payments
For members who find it difficult to pay the annual subscription in one lump sum by March 1, the club offers a spread payment system where members can make a number of part-payments spread before and after 1st March.

The Board has determined 4 provisions for this:
1.An administration fee of $20 applies for spread payments.
2.At least 15% of the subscription, plus the administration fee, must be paid on or by 1st March
3.The balance of the subscription can be divided into a number of equal instalments beyond 1st March and must be fully paid by 30th September, the end of the club's financial year.
4.The member must, before 1st March, set up an automatic payment instruction from their bank account to the KGC bank account which authorises a schedule of part-payments designed to satisfy provision 3 above. |
